PBL Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency is the national institute for strategic policy analysis in the fields of the environment, nature and spatial planning. The Institute conducts wide-ranging research with respect to climate change. Through modeling and calculating different scenarios current and future impact of policy on greenhouse gas emission reduction and various options for achieving the reduction targets are explored. One research focus is energy meteorology.
